Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how T-TITANS (“T-TITANS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit teletitans.com, submit a form, speak with one of our agents, or exchange text messages with us.
We are a United States–based business-to-business services company providing appointment setting, lead generation, cold calling, sales support and CRM management. This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which T-TITANS is organised.
The short version on text messages: we only text people who have asked us to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone, and you can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you, book you, and run the services you hire us for.
Information you give us directly
- Contact details — first name, last name, business email address, mobile or business phone number.
- Enquiry details — the subject, message or notes you include when you book a demo or submit the contact form.
- Consent records — whether you agreed to be contacted, whether you separately opted in to text messages, and the date, time, method and wording of that consent.
- Call content — where permitted by applicable law and where you have been notified, calls with our agents may be recorded or summarised for quality assurance, training and consent verification.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, referring page, time on page, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Device data — browser type, operating system, screen size and device type.
- Cookies — see section 8.
Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or any special category of sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include such information in a form or message to us.
2. How we use information
We use the personal information described above to:
- schedule, confirm, remind about and manage demo appointments;
- respond to enquiries and contact-form submissions;
- send transactional and conversational text messages to people who have opted in — see section 3;
- provide, operate and improve our appointment setting and lead generation services;
- maintain records of consent, opt-outs and communication history;
- secure our website and prevent fraud, abuse and automated form submissions;
- comply with legal obligations, including telemarketing and messaging regulations.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not perform automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.
3. SMS / text messaging
Our text messaging programme is described in full in our SMS Terms & Conditions. The privacy commitments that apply to it are set out here.
How we obtain consent
We only send text messages to a mobile number when we have obtained express consent by one of the following methods:
- Website opt-in. You tick the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on our booking or contact form. That box is optional and is never a condition of booking a demo or purchasing any service.
- Verbal consent on a recorded call. One of our agents asks for your permission during a phone call and the agreement is captured in the call record and logged against your contact record.
- You text us first. You initiate the conversation by sending a message to our business number.
- Consent held by a client. Where we place calls or send messages on behalf of a business client, that client is responsible for obtaining and evidencing consent and we act as its service provider — see section 10.
What we send
- appointment confirmations and reminders;
- conversational follow-up relating to a call you had or requested with us;
- account, onboarding, reporting and customer-service notifications for our business clients.
Message frequency varies according to your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for assistance.
Our commitment on mobile data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are shared only with the licensed messaging carriers and communications platform providers strictly necessary to deliver a message you asked for, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using the data for any other purpose.
5. No sale or sharing of personal data
We have not sold personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, in the twelve months preceding the date of this policy. We do not sell the personal information of consumers under sixteen years of age.
Mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS are never sold, rented, licensed or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data retention
- Enquiry and lead records are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Opt-out records. If you reply STOP, we stop sending messages immediately and permanently retain a minimal suppression record — your mobile number and the date of the opt-out — so that we do not message you again. This is the only reason we keep the number, and it is never used for any other purpose.
- Consent records are retained for at least four years after the consent is given or withdrawn, in line with the statute of limitations applicable to telephone and messaging regulations.
- Call recordings are retained for up to 12 months for quality assurance and consent verification.
- Website analytics data is retained in aggregated or de-identified form for up to 26 months.
7. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls limiting data to staff who need it, credentialed administrator accounts, rate limiting on public forms, and vendor due diligence.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
9. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- request a copy of that information;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your information;
- opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither);
- withdraw consent, including SMS consent, at any time;
- be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise a right, email privacy@teletitans.com or call (726) 336-1744. We will verify your identity using the contact details we already hold and respond within 45 days, extendable once where permitted. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorisation.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us — this is the fastest method and takes effect immediately.
10. Data we process on behalf of clients
When we make calls, send messages or manage a CRM for a business client, that client is the controller of the contact data involved and T-TITANS acts as its service provider or processor. In that role we:
- process contact data only on the client’s documented instructions;
- require the client to confirm that it holds a lawful basis and, where applicable, documented express consent for the outreach we perform;
- honour opt-out requests immediately and pass suppression records back to the client;
- do not use client contact data for our own marketing or add it to our own lists;
- return or delete the data at the end of the engagement.
If you were contacted by us on behalf of another business and want your data removed, email privacy@teletitans.com and we will suppress your details and notify the client.
11. International processing
T-TITANS is a United States business. Some of our trained agents and support staff are located outside the United States, including in Egypt, and may access personal information in order to deliver the services described above. All such personnel work under written confidentiality obligations and the same security controls that apply to our U.S. staff, and the data-sharing restrictions in this policy — including the mobile-data commitments in section 3 — apply to them in full.
12. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes affecting how we use your mobile number will be communicated to you directly before they take effect.
